To be honest, I never really cared much for Chambray tops in spite of me seeing them everywhere. But when I was in Forever 21 shopping with one of my BFFs, she told me that I should get one. I modeled it for her at the store and she was convinced that I should get it. So I did, not knowing how I was going to pull it off.
I got it mid last year. So I have had it in my closet for months, the time when I bought it it was 2 sizes too small for me thinking that I could just use it for layering. I never got around to wearing it, wondering how I was ever going to pull it off, even if I wear it as a cover up.

Now 20 pounds lighter, the Chambray top now fits me, with about an inch on both sides loose. I am so proud of how far I've come. A top that I thought I would never ever get to wear now became one of my favorite tops of all time.
These leggings are my favorite pair when I want to dress up a top that is very casual. I love that the faux latex gives my whole outfit a little "shine and sparkle" to dress up the overall look.

These shoes are very comfortable to walk in. I hardly used them because it hurt my knees, but when I lost weight, I can walk in heels longer (high five!)

Here I am trying to cinch my waste. LOL Just a few more inches... I hope! (hashtag inspired) I just love pairing leggings with high heels. It really elongates the legs, making you look slimmer!
Can I just say? Thanks to my hubby for waking up early to take my photos before the harsh mid morning sun came out. That right there is 8:00AM sunlight.
