I believe in a good skin care regimen. I think that having great skin is every woman's secret weapon. Gloire combines nature and technology and promises to preserve the glory of every woman's face.

GLOIRE is a french word which literally translates to "glory". Their mission is to preserve the balance and youth of the face and preserve its glory... Hence, the name.

The GLOIRE product line aims to preserve the youth, firmness and the glow of your face that looks very much alive and give you a healthy-looking radiance.


The Gloire product line consists of 4 elements: Facial Oil Wash, Toning Mist, Revitalizing Serum, and Miracle Patch.



Let me give my thoughts on each product. Let's start with the Toning Mist.

It is said that this toner helps reduce fine lines as it improves dull and dry skin. I am surprised that my skin didn't dry up considering that it is an alcohol based toner.


I love the packaging. The spray is not that hard to squeeze. It also spritzes the right amount of product each time.


Gloire Toning Mist contains Aloe Vera. Aloe Vera juices can effectively soothe skin and serve as an anti-inflammatory agent.


MY THOUGHTS ON THE TONING MIST:

PROS

• Dries up pimples and reduces the swelling.
• Thoroughly cleans the face off makeup and other oil residue.
• Doesn't over dry the face.
• Makes pores less visible.
• The fragrance is not strong.
• Affordable.
• Lightened my dark freckles and other dark spots.
• No tight feeling after using!

NEUTRAL

• It's not readily available in the market. Available only with one distributor.

CONS

• I am not really a fond of alcohol based toners.
• It stings the eyes when you spray it directly on your face. Spray on a cotton pad and apply on your face instead.

Will I re-purchase? Maybe,
Will I recommend it? Yes.

Moving on to the facial oil wash, I love this product because I myself am a huge fan of cleansing oils. I think they're very convenient to use for makeup wearers like me because it effectively removes makeup while moisturizing your skin as well.

Soaps strip away the oils from your face completely, hence the tight feeling. Plus, in spite of that, you skin will still not completely makeup free.

I do love the gold and yellow packaging. It's very high class. One of its main ingredients is Waterlily. Waterlily in the world of cosmetics is known for its astringent and antiseptic properties. It also has an amazing moisturizing benefit which is necessary to keep your skin well hydrated.




This serum's main ingredient is algae extracts that were proven in France that it really does revitalize and moisturize the skin. The serum that quenches the thirst of the skin when it is looking very dry.


This product is responsible for reducing the appearance of my acne scars as well. I loved that my skin looks smoother.


You just need a 1-2 pumps to cover the entire face. I pump a little extra for my neck. *wink*



I love how velvet-y it feels on the skin.

This Miracle Eye Patch is the product that intrigued me the most.


The Miracle Eye Patch is said to combine immediate and visible effect with a long-term and lasting skin tightening effect that can be maintained. This patch is designed to aid in transporting active ingredients of any product that accelerates results and gives long lasting benefits.

Perfect when paired with Gloire's Revitalizing Serum.


Each Miracle Eye Patch contains arbutin and timecode agent. Timecode is a high-performing wrinkle corrector that fights the genes at the root of skin ageing.


Effectively improves the appearance of crow's feet in only 20 minutes, and when used continuously for a month and a half, it permanently corrects the wrinkles.

2 Weeks Ago.

I used Gloire Skin Care religiously for 2 weeks in the morning before I put on my makeup, and at night before going to bed.

2 Weeks Later.

You can see how radiant my skin is and with only 2 weeks of use. You will also notice that my red acne scars are just about gone. My skin appears soft and my pores are invisible.

I feel that women with mature skin would benefit more from this skin care line than women who are in the 30-39 age group. Women who are in their 40s will be able to see drastic changes in their skin when they use this product line. But using Gloire in my age group which is 30-35 years old, you will prevent premature signs of ageing in the skin by correcting early signs of aging like fine lines on the forehead, the mouth area, the the eyes.
