This fragrance is not offensive at all even if you get to overspray it. I recommend this for girls who want are not used to wearing fragrances and would want to slowly transition from wearing cologne to perfume. 

It's great for daytime, most specially for summer  (but not limited to) wear specially when the hot humid months are just around the corner. Great for school, the office, night out with friends, date night, and probably even for a job interview because the fragrance is very mild. 

I personally find this scent very refreshing and it really wakes me up when I am feeling a bit lazy. I sometimes use it even though I am just lounging around the house.
