I get a lot of questions from my friends regarding the spaces between the lash lines and their eyeliner. They usually bitch about why they have nasty spaces between those and don't look right when they open their eyes. Well friends, it is what it is: spaces. Ha! No scientific terms for that one or some deeper explanation. Those spaces appear because you don't get to apply between those hairs in your lash lines! I kept my focus on the push-up liner because I think that it is the most "unique" in the line making it the star product from the They're Real! Makeup Line.

To be completely honest, it's only when Benefit was launched here in Manila did I get familiar with most of their products. Sure I've heard of Benetint, but I wasn't familiar with the other products that people have been raving about.

When they finally launched here in Manila and I was invited to their launches and other parties, I finally got to know their products one by one. And every time I would visit the US, I would not leave San Francisco without picking up my favorite products. You can check out my list HERE. But it's been long ago since I wrote that blog post, and now I know more of their products and that list have grown longer. And thank goodness that they finally arrived in Manila!

I have always loved whitening skin care. Not because they make my face white but but they target dark spots and discolorations, making my skin look brighter and look even. It's easier to put makeup on even skin.

One of the best things about blogging about beauty is that you get first dibs and get to try the latest of cosmetics out there. I think I'm in love. I love eyeshadows, but I always find myself without it after a few hours of wear. It's annoying actually. Looking for the perfect eye primer that works is tough, specially when they all claim "Number One" or "The Best".

Now what makes TBS's All-in-One Instablur Eye special? Well, it's a tinted concealer, a primer, and a colour intensifier! They're all pretty self explanatory, but half of the fun is writing all about it! Right? Hehehe... Well, I got this "Picture Perfect Eyes in a Flash" set from The Body Shop a couple of months back and I have been dying to use them! And now that I have, I am so excited about these!

Last month, I received a gift from Olay, and now I finally got a chance to use them all! Again, I can't express it enough. I am in desperate need of moisture. Although my skin has dramatically changed from 7 weeks ago -from extremely dry flaking skin to just a shy point away from it's normal state pre-pregnancy.

It's really just a mater of looking for the right products, so don't lose hope if you are suffering from dry skin as well.

Hormones, boy oh boy. I can't even begin to tell you how much my skin screams "I'M THIRSTY!" thank goodness most products I am being sent now for review are all about moisturization. This GlamGlow® ThirstyMud™ arrived just in time too!

A lot of people have been complimenting on my skin now a days, and I'm telling you, it's not what it seems. Yes, my skin has improved over the past few days. But my skin has been overly dry ever since I got pregnant, and I really took care of my skin because I didn't want to neglect my regimen.

Being pregnant is no walk in the park, on most days I feel so lazy, fat, cranky, weepy, and more. So I didn't want to top that off by looking dry and flaky to add to my mood swings. My itchy, flaky scalp started to appear on the 10th week of my pregnancy. It's a pain in my bum because I have never made a habit out of washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner every day. I only wash my hair every 2 or 3 days, or anytime my hair smells after cooking. Otherwise, I use dry shampoo.

The reason for not shampooing everyday is because I do not want my scalp and hair to over dry, plus it is the number one reason for thinning, limp hair. So if you have thinning hair, opt for dry shampoos so that you can give your scalp enough time to recover from the damaging action of washing.

Since I got pregnant, I have not been able to visit Hairshaft for my color retouching, and treatment maintenance. So my hair had become really sticky at the ends and very dry! Ugh. I haven't gone out for a haircut either so I had to treat my hair at home with these hair and scalp saving products!

It’s been a year since Typhoon Yolanda devastated the country. And while there are those who have managed to shake off the dust, pick up the pieces, and move on, there are still a number of people out there who are in dire need of our help.

Australia-based non-profit organization It Ain’t Nothing recognizes this, and has made it their mission to build 50 homes in typhoon-hit Malapascua Island, where many are still living in makeshift shelters as a means of getting by. Hence, It Ain’t Nothing’s goal is to raise $50,000 in continuing efforts to provide permanent homes for 50 families, with one house valued at $1,000 each. The good news is that as of October this year, 28 homes have already been built. But they are still halfway from hitting their target, and now, you can get your chance to help out and get involved.
