It's so hard for me to find the right mascara because I have sensitive eyes and my eyes lose its curl easily once applied with a mascara. It's actually frustrating. There are so many good mascaras out there but my lashes seem to not hold its curl, except for a few brands. But lately, I have discovered TheBalm's What's Your Type? Tall Dark and Handsome Black Mascara and the formula is very promising!

I have been using it for about a month already and it really made a good impression. It held my curl intact, plus it made my lashes look fuller. More about this mascara after the break!

My itchy, flaky scalp started to appear on the 10th week of my pregnancy. It's a pain in my bum because I have never made a habit out of washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner every day. I only wash my hair every 2 or 3 days, or anytime my hair smells after cooking. Otherwise, I use dry shampoo.

The reason for not shampooing everyday is because I do not want my scalp and hair to over dry, plus it is the number one reason for thinning, limp hair. So if you have thinning hair, opt for dry shampoos so that you can give your scalp enough time to recover from the damaging action of washing.

Since I got pregnant, I have not been able to visit Hairshaft for my color retouching, and treatment maintenance. So my hair had become really sticky at the ends and very dry! Ugh. I haven't gone out for a haircut either so I had to treat my hair at home with these hair and scalp saving products!

Instain is the latest blush collection from the Balm. I wouldn't say that this is their newest since it was launched several months ago, today being the only time I was able to blog about this! It claims as staining blushes and extremely long wearing even though it is applied on top of powder. The Instain line comes in 6 shades of powder blushes: Argyle, which is a petal pink. Houndstooth, which is a mauve-shade. Lace, a bright pink blush. And Pinstripe, which is the one I received from the Balm which is a deep plum shade. A peach blush that is Swiss Dot. and a strawberry inspired blush that is called Toile.

Hey everyone! I've missed everyone! Last week was hell week for me, but I am back and for my first post for June, I would like to show you a liquid liner that has kept me from reaching other liners in my dresser.

Liquid eyeliners are makeup products every woman should learn how to use. It defines ones look, and it can make your eyes look more even with the right strokes! The looks are endless with eyeliners. Finding the right one for you can be tricky too because not all liquid liners have the same applicator.

As a makeup artist, liquid liner are a staple in my makeup kit. I use it to emphasize the eyes specially for women with droopy eyes because with the right application, you can lift the eyes instead of weighing them more downward.

Liquid liners also give the illusion of thicker lashes when applied as close to the lash lines as possible.

I think makeup palettes are the greatest invention in the makeup world. Aside from them being uber convenient to lug around when you travel, they're made to complement each other inside that palette! You can create lots of looks with palettes like these, and you only have to buy one every now and then specially when the palette you buy contains blush and lipsticks already!
