Inhale the fragrance deeply, close your eyes, and be transported to the hills in Tuscany, or even the Middle East and for a minute be captivated by the irresistible scent of its cologne.

This is exactly the source of inspiration for Jo Malone London’s new collection, Cologne Intense.
Jo Malone London currently has a collection of 20 fragrances – and these current fragrances are called the classic collection. In January 2017, Jo Malone brings us an additional 7 fragrances that is part of their Cologne Intense collection – each with their own distinct exotic scent and can be categorised between Woody, Floral, or Fruity. These new fragrances can still be combined with the classic collection.

The scents are created with precious ingredients that are particularly deep and very rich -to me, they're very exotic smelling with ingredients you hardly see in fragrances like Orris, Incense, or Ginger Lily.

Each scent has many layers that take about 5 to 10 minutes to really come to life.
For those of you who are not familiar with the art of FRAGRANCE COMBINING, here is a brief description of what Jo Malone has teaches us:

At the launch of Jo Malone last October, we were taught all about Fragrance Combining, and it's just such a unique concept. I love how you can create a fragrance that is specific to you. You can purchase their classic colognes in 30ml bottles and just blend them together!

The Cologne Intense collection proudly adds 7 new fragrances – Myrrh and Tonka, Orris and Sandalwood, Tuberose and Angelica (my personal pick), Velvet Rose and Oud, Dark Amber and Ginger Lily, Incense and Cedrat, Oud and Bergamot.

The Tuberose and Angelica is my personal pick. I am not so much a fan of really rich smells so this one was a very welcome fragrance for me from the intense collection.
It was Jo Malone who introduced us to Fragrance Combining to create a very personal fragrance for each of us, and layering the Tuberose and Angelica Cologne Intense with their classic Wild Bluebell was just divine. I think it's my favorite Jo Malone combination for now.
I just had to include this. A photo of the candle, hand soap and hand lotion they had at the restaurant ladies' room.
A small part of me was hoping I would receive the Tuberose and Angelica Intense Cologne, but I was very happy to have received the Incense and Cedrat just the same because it suit my hubby really well!

Thank you Jo Malone for this wonderful gift! I don't think I have the heart to light up that candle though... It's too delicious smelling and it's too pretty to use! Hahaha!
