Ever since I made that review on Nature Republic's lip products, I have been getting a lot of questions in my email on how to make your own lip scrub. Doing this lip scrub is easy and the ingredients are found in every household pantry, well, except for the coconut oil maybe, but it's pretty easy to do!

I love that you can just keep refilling it when you run out, and you don't have to worry about it costing so much, and you can apply liberally too!

Let's start. Here's what you need:


Ingredients:
1T Olive Oil
1T Virgin Coconut Oil
2T Brown Sugar (not Mascovado)
1T Pure Honey
1/4t Vanilla Extract

I keep my coconut oil in the fridge so it solidified, plus to keep it fresh.

Tools that you need:
Spatula
Empty jar (I bought mine from Beabi, PhP 50.00 for a 20ml jar)


Add everything in a bowl and stir. You can add more sugar if the consistency is a little bit runny (like in the photo above). Since we live in a country that gets very hot, it will not solidify or thicken.
