First of all, I would like to congratulate Shu Uemura. Happy 30th Anniversary! That's 3 decades of beauty. I just got home from the event, and I am still on a high. I was amongst my makeup artist and press friends, and the highlight of the evening -meeting Shu's international creative director, Kakuyasu Uchiide. I would like to share with you lots of photos from the event and backstage photos!

It was such an honor to have met Mr. Uchiide. Such a wonderful man (and did I mention cute? *giggle giggle*), I loved watching him work during the live demo. He works with such grace and passion. I am so honored to have been invited to such an important occasion. It was sort of like a mini-reunion with my makeup artist "batch mates".
