Being a blogger -and an active girl in social media, a phone with a nice camera is a must. From the first time Apple came out with the first iPhone, I was one of the first few people who was able to avail from Globe, and would switch out to new models whenever my plan was due another unit. About 3 years ago, I made a big switch from iPhone to an Android Operating System and it was kind of difficult to get used to at first.

The Apple OS being the idiot proof that it is, Android OS seems to be so much harder to get used to for first time users. The first time I was convinced to buy a phone with an Android OS was because my best friend was a loyal Android interface user and I got so jealous with all her fonts and other kikay things you can do with an Android that you can't with an Apple OS unless you have it jailbroken, which of course, I would not do.

Last week, before going down with a really bad cold, I attended Bvlgari's launch of their new Omnia fragrance, the "album" of scents and spells, a "sampler" of the wonders of Brazil: Paraiba. Its inspiration? For those of you who already know, I am a lippie kinda gal. Yes. I will die without lippies, specially really loud, attention grabbers, kinda lippies. I love them in all shades, even in bright orange or dark purple. Although I recently realized that deep purples do not look so good on me, I love them nonetheless.

I am not a lipgloss kinda gal, but this new lip gloss from Happy Skin may have changed my mind.

So, Origins finally opened in Manila and I had the pleasure of attending the store event at the SM Makati last September 3. For those of you who have not heard of the brand, Origins is a brand that aims to create high-performance natural skincare that is powered by nature and proven by science. I have been hearing about Origins for a long time (since I was in grade school) but I have not had the pleasure of having to try any of their products before. Even though it was what you should be buying when you go to the US. I think it was partly because I did now know where to start. They have a wide variety of products and I can never tell where to start if I were to buy their products.

So at the event, they gifted me with this set to try and I think it's a pretty fantastic line to start with (even when you are in your early twenties): it's a set that promises to renew the skin, which is perfect because I have been neglecting my skin care lately so starting with a mask and a serum is always a good idea.

I have always loved anything girly-looking even though I don't act and dress up like one! Every time I pass by an Etude House store, I am always drawn to go in to look at their stuff even though I won't buy anything -I just love browsing their store. This is the first time I will be reviewing and using Etude House lipsticks so this is actually a pretty exciting post (well, for me at least)!

Just in time for the holidays, Jo Malone opens their first boutique in none other than the posh Greenbelt 5! To be quite honest, I have never been inside any Jo Malone stores worldwide so when I finally got their invitation that they were finally launching their store, it was only "yes!"

I attended their launch back in June and I just really enjoyed trying out all of their fragrances and I can never choose only one. Even though I have never been to any of their boutiques in the past, I have been using Jo Malone for a while. I learned about this brand by my sister who just adores Jo Malone. It's the only fragrance she ever wears. I always thought it suits her personality too.

Working up days before we could post this, we were given this sample set by Lux to try and experience first hand. I am a bath wash kind of person and it's the one beauty thing I cannot live without. I can skip the other things in the shower, but not the body gel. I love using loofas and I think that they make bath time more fun and luxurious, don't you think?

When I got my Lux package, I was impressed by the very classy packaging. Who doesn't love purple, black, or gold?
