Now let's get right to it! As usual, I will start with packaging. First class packaging for a first class product. I love the elegant black and silver color scheme. It just screams elegance and Hollywood Glam.

The box is too big for such a tiny 15g bottle. But check out the packaging! I feel pretty already!


Remember the cliche, "It's not about quantity, it's about quality"? Sometimes it's just a cliche, but sometimes, it's true. It really is not about quantity, but it's what it's composed of that you are paying for.

Inside, the pamphlet explains everything about the product in 14 different languages. Now that's what I'm talking about. Cosmetic brands should always provide English instructions or whichever language you are selling your products.

Most skin care products have plastic protective covers. I think it's to keep the moisture in and so the product won't dry out. So it is best to keep them covered like so.

I received these two sample sachets from GLAMGLOW® at the launch along with a 15g product of the original GLAMGLOW® Mud. The product for retail come in 50g jars for PhP 3,750.


Let's start with the original treatment. Each original mud sachet contains 5g of product.

This is my skin before applying GLAMGLOW®. I had makeup on so I made sure my face was makeup free and cleansed my skin with facial wash and water.

According to the demo, the 5g can be divided into two uses, but I didn't want to save the half because it might dry out and I will just end up wasting the product. It contains a lot of grains and has a slight thick consistency so it kinda hurts to put it on. The product is actually darker than in this photo like dark gray.

This one smells like skin care. It has a slight fruity smell. Marine-ish smell. I can't really describe it.


You will feel a tingling sensation just as the packaging says it would. For me though, I found that it stung a little. After about 3 minutes, my T-Zone was throbbing. Literally throbbing, I could feel my heart beat there but it actually felt good because it felt like the mud was doing its job.

It goes away when you are nearing 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the mud dries a light gray. The chunks you see are actual tea leaves.


Pat some water to soften the mud and dampen and loosen the mud in circular motions until it's all loose and you can start exfoliating your skin lightly. After about 2 minutes of massaging the product on your face, rinse very well.


Immediately, my face felt taught but not dry. Very supple and my skin is just brighter! Not whiter, but brighter, like a glow-from-within look. I know that sounds too good to be true, but these photos don't do justice to the after effects. I love that the tiny bumps on my face that I usually pick on (and eventually bleeds) is gone.

My skin is smoother like baby skin. Of course it doesn't look like baby skin but my skin is softer to the touch.

• Aids in making the skin tone look even.
• Removes bumps on skin that traps hair.
• Nose is visibly tighter.
• Skin is taught but not dry.
• Skin's texture improves also by making it look more elastic.
• For such a fantastic product that works, this is affordable!

NEUTRAL

• Makes skin really tight so you have to apply moisturizer.
• Tingly sensation is a little uncomfortable but goes away in 10 minutes.

Now let's move on with the clearing treatment. The mud that supposedly clears the pores, problematic skin, blemishes, pimples, breakouts, zits, spots, black and white heads, razor bumps and in-grown hair.

When you apply this mud, it's easier to spread on your face because it contains a lot less of the grains. I love the smell of this mud better because it smells of Green Tea and some kind of mint. I love how relaxing it is!

The sachet contains half of the original mud because this one can be used thinner and it spreads better because of the thinner consistency.


I let the mud sit on my face for a full 10 minutes. You can see that my T-Zone looks very porous. Let me explain to you what that is all about:

Yes, those dark spots are dirt and oil drawn out from deep under my pores. You can also see that they are concentrated in my T-Zone where my problem usually is when I am wearing makeup.


Use the same method in removing the mask like what I did from the original mud: Pat some water to soften the mud and dampen and loosen the mud in circular motions until it's all loose and you can start exfoliating your skin lightly. After about 2 minutes of massaging the product on your face, rinse very well.


According to some reviews I read online, you can skip the skin care but I still applied moisturizer after the treatment. After about 10 minutes, my skin felt uncomfortably tight so I had to moisturize my skin.

My pimples didn't actually clear up, but I didn't expect them to because with skin care, you have to treat it several times before they really go away. I love that my skin looks glowing after the treatment. My acne levelled out and is not that raised anymore.

Between the original mud and the clearing treatment mud, I prefer the treatment because it treats dark spots and other skin pigmentation. I want to achieve luminous glowing skin! Although both products are top notch, and it would be ideal to use them both!
