There are three crucial characteristics I consider that qualify as great cosmetics:
- Packaging (yes, this is number 1)
- Quality
- Smell
I have known about Snoe Cosmetics (snow-ee) for a while now. I saw their booth at a beauty fair in Glorietta one time and I just loved their attractive, vintage inspired packaging. I have been buying their special black bleaching beauty bar (PhP 139.00) ever since that day, and my husband has been an avid user of their Argan oil (to make his hair thicker -it works! PhP 799.00).
Last week, Snoe sent me a package of their cosmetics to try and let me tell you... Their stuff works wonders (I am not being paid for this review, and I always tell the truth about cosmetics).
Anxiously, I opened the cute little package and saw that I have been given their best sellers which I was so excited to use! It took me a while to post this entry because I tried all their products for an entire week so I can make a careful review for you gorgeous ladies out there looking for new fab cosmetics to try.
The smell of the cosmetics were just divine! It smells mostly of berries which I. JUST. LOVE.

Now this product, I love. Just a little of this product on my legs and my legs look dewy and smooth. And it smells absolutely delicious. It can be used on the body as an all over moisturizer (gives your skin a glow, without feeling oily), or you can pump a little on your palms and smoothing it over your hair to make your hair look healthy and shiny! Not only does this make you aesthetically beautiful, it has protective qualities and a lot of moisturizing abilities!
Check out that nice glow! And it doesn't feel oily at all! I love using it on my cuticles because it softens them making them look moisturized and healthy!

Remember a few months back I posted an entry about my HD powder horror experience (click HERE to refresh your memory)? Well, this is nothing like that. I was able to use this during a party I attended and we had to use flash when taking photos. I had work in the morning and used this amazing HD powder to set my makeup and retouch it when I was on my way to the party:
DAY (NO FLASH):
NIGHT (WITH FLASH):
Minus the false lashes and adding a stronger lippie, the makeup base looked gorgeous and glowing. I didn't look tired at all and my skin looked "awake" usually, my skin looks hagard and oily after a long day of shooting, but this HD powder made me look like I just woke up from a 10-hour sleep.
(Kudos to my hubby for taking this pic for documentation. LOL) Doesn't my skin just look flawless?
TIP: Instead of using the puff that comes with it, use your fingers to apply so you can control how much product you get deposit on your face. Gently smooth the powder on only on areas you need it: under the eyes, the bridge of your nose, forehead, and chin. (If you need highlighting tips, click HERE)

Yay! Soaps! I love whitening soaps. It keeps my skin even toned that's why I love using them. I use it mainly to even out my skin, not just because I want to be whiter. I love these soaps because they don't smell like the usual papaya whitening scent. These babies smell like something from LUSH and I just love taking a shower with delicious smelling soaps! I specially love how it lathers and make my skin literally feel so clean!

These hair products smell so good and they very rich in moisturizers. I love the conditioner because you can use it a lot of different ways, a regular conditioner in the shower, a leave-on on dry hair, or a de-tangler! How's that for versatility? The shampoo is extra rich on the hair, but it's weightless! It made my hair soooo shiny and bouncy!

| Emu.Cleanse Foaming Cream Wash (PhP 199.00) |
This miracle in a bottle is wonderful. A gentle, creamy foam wash that removes dirt and other pollutants in the air that stuck to your face. Made with Emu Oil, Singkamas and Acai Berry to give you a radiant and brighter complexion. It's not drying too!
Its lather is minimal but it feels great on the skin. I love how fresh and natural it smells! It doesn't smell of chemicals masked with harsh perfumes.

| Perfect Beige Medium Poudre Extraordinaire (PhP 799.00) |
Now this has been test driven everyday for 7 days. I love it's lasting power. It smells heavenly and it doesn't make my skin look and feel cake-y even though I have thick foundation on. Using this with a fluffy brush to set my makeup (or my clients' makeup) is just wonderful! It has a very light consistency, but the coverage is excellent.

I just love nude lipsticks specially on those days when I am feeling lazy to put anything on my face. There are days when I want to give my face a rest from makeup but I am not used to stepping out of the house without at least one part of my face made up. My favorite look recently? Dewy skin with nude lips.
Come on! Who wouldn't fall in love with that shade?!

This shade is a little bit more fun! I love how this bright pink lippie can brighten up the skin. I love using this whenever I am feeling a bit blue... It can really lift my mood!
Glides on like a balm but has rich color. It moisturizes my lips and softens it! My lips don't flake at all when I use this even though I do not put lip balm or a primer. I love the cream/butter-like finish. It's glossy but not as shiny. Look at the sheen shine on my lips! I didn't put anything on top of this lipstick!
In conclusion, Snoe Cosmetics will definitely become a staple in my dresser and my pro makeup kit.

I tend to have dry skin because I hate the feeling of rich, oily stuff on my face and my body. (In fact, I prefer to run and hide from sunlight rather than apply sunscreen on my face. Hehe!)

I splurge much on their body spritz but quite afraid to try facial products since I have a sensitive skin, until I read about your review on EMU foaming wash. I bought it at once yesterday. Voila! It is indeed a miracle wash and my face glowed once more.
