So, as I have mentioned in my previous post, this is how I spent my Friday: Purifying and Re-hydrating my skin, and painted my nails!

There are days when I don't get to do a deep cleanse because it really takes so much time, specially if you want to do it right. So today was spent purifying my skin and rehydrating my face because it's been a while since I applied purifying mask on my face.

Most masks would tell you that 10 minutes is ok, but I leave it on for at least 15 minutes -20 at the most. Except for GlamGlow where you only need to leave it on for a maximum of 10 minutes. But with Herbalife which is a less aggressive purifying mask, one can leave it longer than 10 minutes.

Since this Herbalife mask is a bit drying after washed on me, I have to rehydrate my skin using a mask sheet that would do just that. And what better mask to do just that but DERMAL. There are several brands out there of facial mask sheets, you can just take your pick which ever will work best for you.

One of my best friends, Carla is getting married! Only one month before the big day so I had to plan the bachelorette party in two weeks. The secret to almost transparent skin, is facial masks. At least this is according to the Korean actress I did makeup for last year. She had beautiful skin and she spills the beans on what her secret was. She uses a facial mask every night for years!

So I include facial masking to my skin care regimen, and I tell you, it did make a whole lot of difference with my skin! My skin appeared brighter, more supple, and more firm! My skin looks hydrated even on days that I don't get too much sleep.
