#events

This afternoon I got to attend Olay Conversations with Bianca Gonzalez-Intal. It was an intimate party as Olay welcomes Bianca Gonzalez-Intal to the Olay family. She is the new face of Olay and I am so excited to have been invited to the event. Bianca talks about her new journey as she enters a new milestone in her life - motherhood -something to always celebrate about!

More about this event after the break.

As a makeup artist who have worked with a lot of celebrities in the past, I have never worked with Bianca. I never even met her before. I am not a big fan of watching local channels on TV too so I don't really know much about her and her work.

I do know her face though, my makeup artist friends would post photos of her when they do her makeup and I always thought of her as a really pretty woman. I wondered how she was in person.
But after having to hear her talk about her life, and as Cesca Litton asks her a series of questions, I found that she was as lovely inside as she was on the outside. She is very down to earth and she never over sells herself. Bianca talks about her journey from starting out as a model when she was 17, and how she blossomed into the celebrity she is now.

She talks about how she hardly wears makeup, and how she prefers to go out without makeup. We have something in common. I think if you have wonderful skin, you can get away with not wearing makeup. I am not saying I have perfect skin, but I do work extra hard in trying to keep my skin clear and look presentable, so by not wearing makeup, you are able to let your skin breathe.
The event's host, the lovely Cesca Litton
We were able to have a peak at her life when we watched an interview that was conducted by Mr. Boy Abunda, and the way the interview was just shot was just amazing. I love how humble she is and how pretty she is even though she's 8 months and 3 weeks pregnant -I don't ever recall me looking like that when I was 8 months pregnant! LOL
Bianca talks about embracing her natural skin color and beauty. She is her #bestbeautiful when she is not wearing any makeup because she takes good care of her skin. Seriously, she only used Olay. Bianca also talks about how her skin cleared up her acne problem when she broke out during her first trimester when she started using Olay.
Yes, Olay is 100% safe for pregnant women and that's what makes it even more amazing. She made sure that Olay is safe to use during pregnancy, and Olay guarantees that it is. So great news for mommies-to-be out there! Olay is safe to use during pregnancy so you can still take care of your skin.
At the event, we were given the chance to have our skin analyzed and then the perfect products will be matched to you. They will suggest which Olay products are best for your skin type.
I would like to thank Olay for letting me a part of this event. I really enjoyed having met Bianca and to hear about her #BestBeautiful story.

I have always liked Olay because I am very "hiyang" with their products and it's gentle and yet very effective even on sensitive skin.

Thank you again Olay for this wonderful gift!
