I would have taken more photos of me during the treatment but I didn't want to expose too much of my wobbly bits! Hahaha!

Since I didn't know anything about which machine should be used in what areas, I just told them which areas I wanted to improve: Arms, Face and Neck, and my non-existent abs. LOL These are my problem areas so these are the areas I wanted to work on (or rather, they should work on).
The LipoCav treatment is my favorite because it acts like a massager. The vibration breaks down stubborn fat and I was told that these fats will eventually pass through urine. So you better hydrate after your treatment because you will be peeing your fats.

The RF treatment is a little bit annoying with the hyper-ultrasonic high pitch sound that only you will hear as you are being treated. The technician hears it too but not as loudly as you will so just try to relax. The device warms up and it feels relaxing during the procedure. I fell asleep!
They "massage" your troubled areas with the paddle for 20 minutes per area. So my entire treatment was about an hour and 20 minutes long. You can eat anything after your treatment but preferable, keep it light. No cold drinks for 2-3 hours.

After the treatment, I lost a total of 3 centimetres in mid-section, and my double chin was less visible too! What more if you continue this for the required twice a week before your big day? Of course, all of these treatments are even more effective if you combine it with diet and exercise. These machines can only do so much too. You will feel very relaxed after the treatment that's why I felt relieved that I had this at home. I had jelly arms because they were so relaxed!
