This is most definitely the heaviest (and the bulkiest!) lipstick -apart form it being one of the most expensive in the market as well. Photos of this product doesn't do justice to the actual product, you have to hold this lippie in your hand to feel its full impact of the design and the weight.
The lipstick compact consists of two mirrors and the lipstick bullet holds the folded mirror together with a magnetic closure too so you don't have to worry about the lipstick tube coming off the capsule messing up your creamy lipstick.
The shade is described on their website is that it's “burgundy wine.” It actually is described perfectly well in color – it really is a burgundy wine with just a tiny tiny hint of a purple/blue undertone which makes it look a little bit plum. It’s deep, dark, and incredibly sexy – not a shade all would feel really comfortable in wearing so it takes a little bit of guts! It's more of a night shade. There is no shine, gloss or shimmer, but there is vibrancy in the color. It's very very bold.
The texture is very heavy but  it's extremely creamy! The lipstick is a little difficult to apply on the lips because of the very creamy consistency but it's very smooth and hydrating on the lips. Despite the high pigment, it does not crack on the lips or does is make your lips flake which is always very important.
It is very pigmented, and I can't stress that enough. When you apply it on your lips, a single swipe will deposit about 95-100% of product on the lips. The photo above shows the pigment of a single swipe! I used a lip brush to define the edges because this lipstick stains really well and it would be hard to remove if you make a mistake.
