Yay for Happy Skin! They're back with a new product and it's something every woman must-have, seriously, this one is one for the books!

Lately, I find myself lazy in putting makeup on because my hormones have gone haywire and I have been feeling a lot sweaty and hotter, plus throw in the summer temperature into the mix and makeup is just the last thing on my mind.

But then again, I can't not go out of the house without anything because my nose has gotten more swollen as I near my birthing date, and it's even more red than ever! Can you say Rudolf?

It's been a while since I last reviewed a primer so I am pretty excited about this. The last primer I really raved about and really loved was Pixi by Petra Flawless and Poreless Face Primer, which is slightly less animated than this primer but it's more or less the same for me. I will explain as I move on.
According to Happy Skin's website:

"This unique primer foundation provides a light tint veil that corrects and blurs away skin imperfections. It refines large pores, fills in lines and wrinkles, and instantly mattifies, too! Super Vitamin E moisturizes & protects while this pre-makeup primer keeps makeup in place all day."

It comes in a handy packaging that you can easily bring around in your travel case. I love that just a little goes a long way so this 30ml tube will really go a long way before you run out!
The packaging is very easy to use too with the dropper-type tip which makes it economical because it only dispenses a little product at a time. No spills for this one!
As you can see here, just this little drop of product will go a long way! It has a creamy consistency, not at all jelly-ish which most primers consists of.
I am loving the finish of this primer. When I said earlier that it was just slightly animated than Pixi by Petra's Flawless Primer, I meant that this one has more coverage which is enough for gals on the go to wear under powder foundation.

Not only does it hide fine lines and wrinkles, it also shrinks pores in an instant!
Here is a before an after shot of my skin. You can see that with only a light layer of InstaBeauty Blur Cream, the redness of my Rudolf nose was easily disguised. My dark spots may not have been fully covered but they are blurred -given the right amount of coverage so that when applied with powder, it will be fully covered.

So without applying moisturizer at all, I applied InstaBeauty directly on my skin. I was impressed that it did not emphasize my dry skin but instead, it actually moisturized my skin.
Using Happy Skin Don't Get Mad Get Even Hydrating Powder Foundation in Soft Beige, I applied it on top of InstaBeauty Blur Cream with the sponge and the result is very flawless. I love the fact that the primer didn't give my skin that weird jelly flaky look when I applied powder on top of it! It actually blended very well together.

My freckles were easily covered as well which makes me extra happy because this primer is amazingly light on the face! It didn't even make me sweat as much!
I love how simple my makeup routine is now a days and yet I still look very well put-together! It looks as if I spent 20 minutes applying my makeup when in fact this is my 5 minute face!
On my face, I applied InstaBeauty Blur Cream, topped with Happy Skin Don't Get Mad Get Even Hydrating Powder Foundation in Soft Beige, Clinique Cheek Pop in Ginger Pop on my cheeks, SNOE What’s Up Brow Brow Lash Powder in Ochre, and Covergirl Lip Perfection Lipstick in Fairytale Conte de Fees on my lips, and THAT'S IT! Oh, and I am just wearing falsies!

I am really happy with this product because it's really easy to use and it gives me the right amount of coverage that I need to look like myself. Ha!
