Finally Popped My LORAC Cherry!

At long last, Alex's big day had arrived! We were all so giddy and excited because we had so much fun during her prenup makeup session and trial hair and makeup session.
So, her makeup look. I love her eyes. Even though she thinks they look sad and droopy, I beg to disagree. I think her eyes are gorgeous!
A LORAC virgin no more, I used this gorgeous palette from Lorac that was a gift from my friend who recently came from the States.
It's such a fall palette but when doing makeup for brides, the makeup shouldn't be too trendy or seasonal. Think of it this way, your makeup should still look gorgeous 20 years down the line. The consistency is just absolutely beautiful! It glides on like silk and the pigment is strong so you only have to use a little. Easily blendable, and it's not overly shimmery, neither is it pearlized either.
I also got to do the makeup of Alex's sisters, JV and Mac.
I just loved JV's hair. It was Anne Curtis-esque and big curls was a great look for her.
And have you seen the mother of the bride? She was stunning! I used the same Lorac palette on her but it had a different effect on her with a brighter lip color.
My photos didn't do justice to these ladies and the makeup looks. (Camera phones... Sheesh!) I now have a new favorite brand. I guess I need to buy more palettes from LORAC! I wonder what other products they have that are as equally awesome?
