Eyebrow Week Part 2 Day 7: K-Palette Lasting 3Way Eyebrow Pencil

by - Saturday, October 08, 2016

And what is Eyebrow Week without K-Palette? My HG eyebrow brand is now out with a new eyebrow product and it's better than ever! Their Lasting 2Way Eyebrow Pencil now comes with a spoolie brush!

Not to mention, it's SUPER WATERPROOF, SWEAT PROOF, and best of all, SEBUM-PROOF. What more can you ask for in an eyebrow product? Maybe the 4Way Eyebrow version will come with a mirror?

K-Palette Lasting 3Way Eyebrow Pencil, PhP 795
The new Lasting 3Way Eyebrow Pencil is the same formula as the Lasting 2Way, but this one comes with a built in spoolie to better groom and blend the product on your eyebrows.

If you are a brow-ginner, this is definitely one of the products I would recommend. This or Benefit's New Brow Kits.
I have been using this on myself ever since I received it a couple of months ago and I really enjoy taking this with me too! It's convenient because it's sleek, and it comes with a pencil, a powder, and a spoolie for blending too.
This product comes with only 2cm of eyebrow product, about .2cm shorter than the Lasting 2Way Eyebrow Pencil. Usually, mechanical brow pencils like these come with 2.5cm of product but K-Palette comes with less product because it comes with a powder too.
The Lasting 3Way comes in four shades to choose from: 01 Light brown, 02 Natural brown, 03 Mocha brown, and 04 Grayish brown.

If I were still a blonde, I would have chosen 01 or 02, but since I have dark hair now, I went for 03. I love the shades because they are browns that have a yellow undertone and not at all orange or red. Although on some days I use the light brown shade and it still looks really good.
What I do when using K-Palette, is drawing a guide with the pencil of the shape I want my brows to look, but instead of a single line, I use short check mark-like strokes mimicking hairs so that it would look natural.

I then fill it in with the brow powder. If it comes out too strong and looks too drawn on, I then use the spoolie to blend the products together and remove any harsh lines.
If you find yourself doing your makeup in the car a lot lately or when you get to the office, I would definitely recommend this Lasting 3Way because it's the most convenient and you don't have to bring with you any brushes. It contains all the products you need to put on the perfect brow. Plus, it comes in four shades too!
With regards to its lasting power, it really does last the whole day, and won't come off with just water even if you rub your face when washing it with water. You would need a makeup remover to completely remove it, so people with oily skin will have so much fun using this because it won't easily come off!

So tell me, what is your favorite K-Palette product?

  1. YESSSS! K-Palette is such a good brand! I love their brow products and I use them on days when I don't have time for the whole gel + powder routine.

    1. I know right? I love K-Palette too! And the fact that it does not smudge or rub off even when you scratch your brows! ♥

  2. Thank you TMM for your Eyebrow Week episode! I'm a newbie in make-up use and slowly introducing myself to the dizzying array of make-up selections. I wanted to start with well-groomed/-made eyebrows and this series of yours is fantastic!

I found you last night while googling face mask and found your 1 week and 1 month challenge which was so informative by the way. I'm not a mask user but maybe you just have converted me because facial mask is on top of my list today when I go to my nearest mall. I want to jumpstart my skin just like you did and will follow in your footsteps with your 1 week challenge!

Oh now back to brows. I'm currently using Clinique for skincare but find buying their make-up just to play around an expensive endeavor so I opened myself to local and drugstore brands. Hooray for my wallet! I'm currently using the Eyebrow pencil with spoolie of Etude for 178.00 and also their Eyebrow color. When I stumbled into your Eyebrow Week series as I was backreading all your posts from your latest, I gave a shriek! Hubby thought I saw a mouse! "No! I saw eyebrows!" I retorted and left him with his quizzical look as I dashed to my dresser and tried your tips and tricks.

I love that you tested so much eyebrow product and presented them objectively but injecting your own honest opinion. And I love the super close shots you do and that you believe in the natural look. So, for all that I said above and some more that may follow, my make-up self would like to thank you for your wonderful website! You impart knowledge like a bestie who is not at all stingy with her secrets, tips and tricks and can be one of the high end sisters and also be as relaxed like showing her pits. Love you for that by the way.

Ookay, wrappin' up. A most gracious thank you The Makeup Maven! May you keep strong and be blessed for all our sake.
