Thoughts on Inglot Sleeks Cream Lip Paint

#liptalktuesdays

I am not so much of a lip gloss kinda gal, but on days that I actually feel quite lazy to put anything on my face, I just do my brows and bring with me a tube of pigmented lipgloss and I am out the door. Don't you get those on some days?

One of the best things about the Inglot Sleeks Cream Lip Paint is that it is non-sticky. This is the most important characteristic I look for in glossy products. What I love about glosses is that it accentuates women with either thick or thin lips. It's very flattering plus it gives you that extra "umph!"

Seriously, Lip Gloss uplifts any mood.

Inglot Sleeks Cream Lip Paint in #94, PhP 795

Are you a lip gloss addict? More about Sleeks Cream after the break!

Inglot describes this product as:
"A beautiful lip product presented in packaging resembling a test tube as a nod to the company’s passion for science. Vitamin E and rich emollients moisturize your lips while a long lasting formula ensures longevity. Creamy texture is frost and glitter free, perfect for colour with a glossy yet flat texture."
Their shades are pretty straight up, they're just numbers. Available in 20 wearable shades for either day time or evening! You can refer to the chart below on the different shades available for the Sleeks Cream Lip Paint.
Loaded with Vitamin E which hydrates and nourishes the lips while providing long-lasting color on the lips. Plus, did I mention it's paraben-free? Great for women who do not like parabens and for preggos!
I love that the packaging is very handy and slim. It's not bulky to tote around in your purse and you don't have to worry about the tube exploding because it comes in a screw type cap. Yes, the typical plastic tubes that some lip glosses come in explode in my purse when I accidentally sit on it!
The shade is a very delicate shade of blushing pink which looks a little bit nude and natural on the lips.
It has a very glossy and sleek consistency, a non-sticky version of a lip gloss that's why I am really liking it on days I feel lazy to wear anything heavy on my face (or lips for that matter).
It glides on so easily on the lips, sort of like a creamier version of a lip balm. I am so in love with the smell of Sleeks Cream! I can't really put my finger on it but to me it smells like vanilla frosting. Or maybe that's the pregnancy talking. Ha!
I love how it completes my look even with minimal makeup on. I'm sure it will still have the same effect on your face even with the other shades. I love how versatile this shade is! You can use it with a really smokey eye or bare eyes for day.

HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS:
Length of usage before review: on and off for 3 months.

  • Can be worn alone, even without a base color.
  • Can be worn with lipstick underneath.
  • Extremely moisturizing!
  • Doesn't crack the lips from long wear.
  • Price is not bad!

  • I am loving the convenient packaging.

  2. Out of all the lipgloss packaging out there this Inglot one truly speaks to my science geek side. It looks like a test tube from chemistry class! Will definitely keep this on my wishlist when its time to go lipgloss shopping.

  3. I've tried these lipgloss yesterday during the opening of their flagship store at SM Megamall, it smells really nice! and good thing it's available in different shades. I'm only into lip gloss if they could stain my lips. Perfect to wear during Christmas Party because of the cute glitz!
