What I love about this bronzer is that it can be used on both morenas or chinitas. It's very subtle that you don't have to worry about looking muddy or splotchy! The different shades of bronze in 1 palette are very harmonious that can go with any skin color.
Blushalicious (below) is a a mixture of pinks and corals/orange tone shades. That is why this blush can be used for cool or warm skin toned women. It's very versatile! You just swirl your blush brush on the entire surface to pick up all the shades.
It has a very silky texture, and has a beautiful iridescent finish. It's not very shimmer so don't worry about looking too oily or like you're going to the disco.
For contouring my cheekbones, I used Way to Glow, and highlighted the apples of my cheeks with Blushalicious. I love that it shimmers both on the pink and the orange side so you can basically wear any shade of lipstick with this blush!
It has the right amount of shimmer and it has no glitter which I am not fond of for blush. I think glitter is better left on Christmas decorations.
P.S. Like my newly groomed and shaped eyebrows? I just had them done at Laybare. I love that place!

DeleteWow I love these pretty blocks of blushes and highlighters! I love how it does multi-tasking, like it can be used as a blush and at the same time, highlighters. Bakit ba wala pa sila dito sa Cebu?! >.< haha anyways I also love your brows here Ms. Sabs! Laybare really did a great job ♥

Deletehi again Ms Sabs (now lng ulit ako naka-comment, my mom passed away po kasi 3weeks ago). i like that the blushes you featured are so versatile and can be used on any undertone. one thing i noticed though, the products contain propylparaben and methylparaben ingredients. a lot of people are saying that parabens are not good (associated with cancer). i personally am not so particular with the ingredients as long as i find the product effective, i use them.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to hear about your mom's passing, please know that she and your family are in my prayers. About parabens, I don't really think about those things anymore ever since my friend who owns a successful cosmetics brand told me that parabens are really necessary for preservation. If a certain product keeps for more than a day or two, then it is 100% guaranteed that it contains parabens no matter what they print on the label :) If ever products do contain parabens, they are added in safe amounts that your body can take :) Thank you for taking note of that, I have never had someone notice parabens before :)

DeleteI tried both of these at one of their counters it's really good and pigmented. I found that I easily went overboard with the bronzer, probably because of my dense brush that I swirled in the pan a little too much :) I wouldn't use it for contouring though, it's not shimmery but it is satin. I'm too used to matte bronzers for contouring :) But I really like these!!
