>> This summer, the climate is hot and humid. So skip the liquid foundation and powder! Just wear a light tinted moisturizer and you are good to go! If you have freckles, don't spend so much time trying to conceal everything, you will look thick and made up! So for this summer, show them! There's nothing more youthful looking than freckles. Just remember to get moisturizers with tons of SPF!
>> If you are going "au naturel" with the makeup base, then use everything in cream or gel version. Not setting the tinted moisturizer with powder makes you look dewy, so applying your skin with powder blush may cake and look blotchy. So use your finger to apply gel blushers. I used Skin Alison Raffaele's gel blush in Charming.
>> Since you are keeping everything to a minimum, you can get away with wearing eyeliner. Prestige (Beauty Bar) has some affordable pencil eyeliners, so check them out. So line your eyes and apply 1 coat of mascara after you have curled your lashes.
>> Use a tinted gloss that is on the neutral/nude side. Lancôme's Color Fever Glosses have these shades. This is what I used on Paulina. So choose whether you would like to have it on the dark or lighter side.
>> If you do not have the budget for a curling iron and other hair products, do what I do. After you have taken a shower, towel dry your hair until it is slightly damp. Pull your hair into 2 sections and tie them into tight buns. Leave them on until your hair is dry. Before letting them loose, spray your hair with a light hairspray!PHOTO CREDITS
