How taking Myra E can change your life

I have always been obsessed with skin care more than makeup. I think with great, healthy skin, you wouldn't need as much makeup on your face. One of the best ever beauty ingredient that I look for in skin care is Vitamin E.

My skin care teacher in Hong Kong had perfect, clear, and glowing skin. I assumed it was because she was Chinese, but she told us that she owed her great skin from Vitamin E. I was 24 at that time, and since then, I was obsessed with Vitamin E.


Vitamin E is a wonder drug! It can promote cell and tissue renewal of the skin, heart, lungs, muscles, and the liver but more importantly, it can help improve the appearance of skin. You can achieve not just softer, smoother, but glowing skin in as little as 2 weeks! Everyday we are exposed to internal and external factors that produce free radicals with the risk of cell damage. But excessive free radical damage is most visibly seen on the skin:
  • Dull and Lifeless
  • Premature Aging
  • Wrinkling

In college, I had dry skin. Although my skin was clear, it was very dry and very dull. I wasn't  into skin care at that time yet so I relied on drugstore branded moisutrizers that did nothing for my skin. When I finally decided to go to makeup school, I learned so much about Vitamin E, and how it really is important for the hair and skin.

When I heard about this, Myra was the only Vitamin E that was recommended because it was really potent and pure. No add ons or extenders. Just pure unadulterated Vitamin E. If you find yourself feeling sluggish and your skin so dull and dry, there is still hope. In our world today, there are so many free radicals that contribute to damaging our skin: the sun's UV rays, pollution, smoke, stress, and even strenuous exercise. Myra provides best kind of skincare because it’s Holistic; it works from the inside to bring out beautiful skin.

I use a carrier oil along with this, but sometimes I use it alone: before bed, with no other skin care, I apply a capsule of Myra directly on my skin and leave it on overnight. When I wake up, my skin is hydrated, glowing, and no need for a moisturizer! I do this once or twice a week.
To best reinforce my skin's healthy barrier, I take Myra everyday. I never missed a day, I can forgo all the other multi-vitamins, but never my Myra. Here is a short story on my Myra journey I experienced ever since I started taking Myra from my 20's:

Being in your 20's, I was always out with my friends and staying up late. From doing so, my skin got even more dry and even started to itch. When I started working, it got worse. I tried to cut down on sweets, and even took more water. It helped, but it was not enough. Then after learning from my skin care teacher about Vitamin E, I bought my first bottle of Myra 300 E.

I tell you now, that bottle was the best purchases of my life ever. Some of the most common ways Vitamin  E helps the body include:

• It acts synergistically with the mineral selenium in the oxidation prevention process
• Vitamin E increases circulation which reduces the risk of heart disease

After one week of taking the supplement, I began to feel a little more energy. I was not running marathons or anything like that, but I found myself going to the gym and my skin did not itch anymore. I increased my water intake and found that my skin was a bit more soundly than I have found myself before.
I continued my Myra regimen while taking good care of my skin externally as well by applying sunblock, but I knew that my glow came from within. By then I was a makeup artist, but I did not apply makeup on my face, but the skin on my face had a rosy glow and clearly looked a lot healthier. I didn't wake up the next day with the dreaded feeling of exhaustion. Instead I jump from bed each morning excited about my list of things to do. I knew I owed all of this from taking Myra 300 E.

I was at my healthiest. I even started to lose weight because I had a lot of energy to workout and to work. I also started to notice fewer aches and pains, and even my migraines and headaches lessened. I was no longer aching all over at the end of a long and tiring day of shooting. Although my hair had always been my problem because it was so wavy, my hair was growing faster too, and it was never dry and was always shiny.

By the end of my second bottle of Myra 300 E, it had become my top beauty secret. Overall, my life had done what some would call a complete turn around. With my glowing skin and new found energy I was radiant. Some would even comment how IN LOVE I probably was because of how beautiful my skin was and how I was always bouncing around and just being happy.

Before reaching for that bottle, here are a few things to remember:
  • The adult recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for Vitamin E is 15mg a day.
  • Vitamin E is easily destroyed by sunlight. So keep your capsules away from direct sunlight.
  • Vitamin E is a natural blood thinner and can have adverse effects on those who have a problem with blood clotting. So best to ask your physician.
  • Vitamin E should not be taken with other anticoagulants such as aspirin. Because aspirin is also a blood thinner.
  • The cooking process destroys the vitamin E in most heavily cooked foods.
  • It is best to consume this vitamin if you accompany it with a healthy diet as well. You do not have to turn into a Vegan or a Vegetarian, but avoid unhealthy and junk food.
  • Nothing is instant, you should take Vitamin E everyday and results vary from person to person. So practice patience.
  • You should not smoke or do excessive drinking if you would like to see great results. Get plenty of sleep to help your body restore.
So, how should you take Vitamin E?
  • Use vitamin E products exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
  • Vitamin E works best if you take it with food.
  • The recommended dietary allowance of vitamin E increases with age. Follow your healthcare provider's instructions.
  • If you need surgery or a medical procedure, tell the surgeon ahead of time that you are using vitamin E. You may need to stop using the medicine for a short time.
  • Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.
If you would like to apply your Myra topically, pierce the capsule and empty the capsule into a small bowl, add a few drops of Virgin Coconut Oil and pat on your skin. I love applying this mixture on my legs too and on problem areas where I most have stretch marks! It just works wonders!

I can go on and on about the impact Myra has done in my life, but it is something you should experience for your self. I have always recommended this to my brides who ask me about having a really good glow on their wedding day, and it was always: "Take Myra once a day from today until FOREVER."
