#beautybox

As I have mentioned before, BDJ Box unboxing day is always a good day! I received my April BDJ Box yesterday and I just couldn't wait to rip mine open! Special thanks to Xend for squishing my package though and making the box look ugly, but still -the contents remained intact so I am genuinely thankful for that. Hehehe...

I have seen snippets of other bloggers' unboxing photos but I refused to really look at their photos to see what brands are in the box because half of the excitement is in the suspense! Hehehe...

More of this awesomeness after the break!

This month's box is one of their few boxes that have to be packed in a bigger box which is not their usual box. It's more exciting because when they use their bigger box, it contains more full sized products, or they have more products for the month! Yay!

I am loving the spring theme of their love note. I just had to take a photo of it! And of course, their classic stickers which I love collecting too!
Yay! Looking at the colorful packaging of the products make me feel giddy as a school girl! I am very familiar with these brands but I haven't tried any of these products yet that's why I am so excited too!
Asian Secrets is a brand known for their whitening products. I am not much of a whitening product kind of gal specially now that I am looking very pale and white because I haven't gone out in the sun in so long. But nonetheless, I am really curious about the body scrub!

As you may already know, I am addicted to body scrubs.

In the box, I guess this is the one product that I got most excited about. I haven't seen this from Revlon before so I really got so curious about it! It reminds me of Bobbi Brown's shimmer brick! I got a warm toned shade, and I am pretty sure they have this in a cool toned version which is pinkish. I would have loved to have gotten the cooler toned one but this will add some warmth to my pale complexion. I don't mind having pale complexion though, I feel like Bella Swan. LOL

I just love foot products, specially peeling ones. Remember when I did the foot peeling post from Nature Republic and Purederm? This one is not a peeling mask but it is an intense care snail foot mask, perfect to use after peeling which is very drying for the feet! I can't wait to use this one! It is quite expensive though for a single use sachet, pricing at a whopping PhP 198 per mask, I am hoping though that it's potent and effective enough for the moisturizing effect to last a while to make the price worth it. Tony Moly also included a sample sachet of their Luminous Glow Aura CC Cream.

Now, MyChoice is a brand I have never heard of before. I am thrilled to have received this box with something new to try! I am glad to have known of their prices as well! They're extremely affordable too! Included in this box are MyChoice products:
  • MyChoice Bubble Scrub Goat Milk Salt 2-in-1 225g, PhP 100
  • MyChoice Hand and Body Lotion 100ml, PhP 70
  • MyChoice Anti Acne Cream 20g, PhP 350
  • MyChoice Pure Herbal Soap 100g, PhP 55

Mustela sent also samples of their products which I think will come in handy now since I just had a baby! Although, our paediatrician suggests using baby products on a baby when a bit older. But anyway, these are welcome treats just as well! Nice to have them handy!
There's a full-sized Fanny Serrano mascara included in the box and I am very excited for this! I have never tried FS mascaras before so this will probably be the first product I will be reviewing from this box! So watch out for it!

  1. My thoughts on that mascara are that it builds up quite easily so it's very easy to get spider lashes. I don't mind sometimes though, depends on my mood :P
