ACHIEVING THE PERFECT EYEBROWS
by Sabs Hernandez

Perfect Eyebrows - Decent Ways for Making Eyebrows

Even if you never touch another cosmetic again, invest in a good pair of tweezers and develop the skill to use them. Because no make up trick on the planet will make you look better than a pair of beautiful eyebrows, as you may already know, the eyebrows frame the face.

Today every woman likes her eyebrows to look as natural as possible. Balance is the key attribute well-shaped eyebrows can give your face. A well groomed brow will frame the eye and give the face a polished look.

Women have to take time to go to parlors to have their plucking done. With these tips you can have confidence for trying it yourself at home. Tips:

1. Pluck brows in a room with plentiful daylight.
2. Use good tweezers, the one that can hold the hair tightly.
3. Pluck brows after a shower, when your pores are still open.
4. While using thread stretch the skin as much as possible. (This is better left with the professionals, go to your nearest Salon and inquire about Threading procedures.)
5. Use a moisturizer after you are done with the procedure.

Rule:

The beginning of your brow should be even with the inside corner of your eye. The rule along the length of the brow is to pluck only from beneath the brow. Let the brow extend beyond the outside corner of your eye. At that point it should taper slightly down, giving a natural curve to the brow. Remember the depth of the arch you make should always be according to the shape of your face.

Eyebrow Plucking:
Some women prefer to moisturize before they pluck; they say it hurts less that way. I suggests to pluck when the skin is dry because it can be more precise with the tweezers. But if that's painful for you, try putting a dab of Anbesol on the area to numb it, or hold a cold washcloth to the brow for a few seconds before you start. A tweezers with a pointed or slanted tip will grip the hairs best.
Always pluck below the brow line, so the hair won't grow back in a scraggly- looking line, and follow the natural arch of your brow. Use the top of the brow as a guide on how to shape the bottom. Pluck the hairs out towards the ears, in the direction in which they grow. Remove stray hairs, but don't pluck too much at once.

Follow the natural shape of your brows, this is your best bet in making your brows look as natural and this is usually the shape that best suits you. Pluck 1 hair at a time and then stop. Look in the mirror, step back, and see how you're doing. You can always take out more later, but on see you've over plucked, you'll have to live with that thin, artificial line until the hair grows back.
