Citibank-Rustan's Credit Card Launch
The Citibank-Rustan's Credit Card Launch was a big event at the Manila Peninsula, so we all had to dress up and be uber fab for the party! My sister Margs booked me for the event weeks before, and I suggested airbrush makeup on her. It was the first time she tried it so she was very excited.
She is not used to wearing makeup at all so after I finished with the airbrush, she was so happy that it felt so light, like it was second skin (just like I described it). She went on the whole night without retouching. I actually told her not to bring her powder for retouch, just lip gloss! My sister Margs wore everything Lancôme on her face that night.
Margs, Me, and Maita
Upon finishing airbrushing the base and contours (which is very minimal), I dusted a little of Lancôme's Poudre Majeur Excellence loose powder to set it. I wanted her skin to show, and by putting minimal powder the effect is dewy. I used a blush that had light reflectors so that her skin would really glow and that it would look natural, I used Lancôme Blush Subtil Shimmer in Coral Sunset.I applied a neutral taupe eyeshadow on her lids, just a wash to add dimension. I lined her eyes with a black liner, and applied 2 coats of L'Extreme black waterproof mascara. I defined her eyebrows with Lancôme's Le Crayon Poudre in Brun to give her face a frame. For the lips, I used a skin-toned lip pencil, and a thin layer of gloss using Juicy Tubes in Peche.
For the final touch, I spritzed her with Lancôme's best selling perfume, Miracle So Magic! to complete her Lancôme look.
