Hydrating Your Skin with H2O
I'm back! OMG. It has been one crazy month! I was filming a Korean Indie Film but we wrapped up our shoot so I am back to blog! Yay!
So, let me tell you about my wonderful experience with H2O. I have one of the driest skins ever and I have to use really creamy, heavy moisturizing products to make my skin supple (even with a very religious skin care regime).
H2O is finally in Manila! And thank you to the wonderful team of H2O for sending me a sample kit!
After days of shooting outdoors under the sun, my skin dried out and it became a little bit rubber-y. Eeek! Even with the tons of sunblock I was wearing, my skin dried out. Oh! And also I haven't been drinking water all that much too.
Ok, let me start with the moisturizer.
I have a lot of trouble finding the right moisturizer for me. My skin gets really dry, and some moisturizers make me oily. I was thrown off by the name "H2O" thinking that the consistency will be too runny and too "watery", and that after a few minutes my skin will go back to being dry.
Surprisingly, this moisturizer kept my skin supple hydrated round the clock. And in just three days, my skin had color, and was no longer dull!
I love the soft faint smell it has as well!
The eye cream has a very light consistency as well. It kind of reminds me of a primer but a little bit more creamy than a primer. I love that my skin felt firm after just three days!
Removing makeup is easy even waterproof mascara! I love that this brand doesn't sting my eyes and is not at all oily -you know, those eye makeup removers that make your vision blurry when you use them? This one doesn't do that! I love how light this feels and can easily be washed away with a light cleanser.
The H2O cleanser also removes dirt and makeup easily without leaving the skin dry and tight. It hydrates the skin head on and I just love how un-tight and supple it leaves my skin!

Oooh so interesting! I have very dry skin too and always have patches on my face (especially in the morning). Do you have those too? Did this help? :)
ReplyDeleteNot so much with the dry patches but my skin really feels rough and dry! It feels so tight specially after I wash my face :)
